On Monday 3 December and Tuesday 4 December 2018, The Palms golf course hosted 120 competitors from throughout Australia and overseas for the 2018 Adam Scott Junior Classic.
Gusty winds made day one scoring a challenge with Frantisek Pavek (71) and Kayeon Nam (70) handling the conditions best leading both the boy’s division and the girl’s divisions respectively.
The Palms golf course turned on perfect conditions for round 2 with little wind and receptive fast greens resulting in superb scoring. In total, there were 3 sub par rounds highlighted by the round of the day from Kyle Gray with a 3 under 67.
After 36 holes the girls gross division was taken out by Sanctuary Cove player Kayeon Nam (141) and the boys gross division by the fast finishing Kyle Gray (139).
Congratulations to all the overall winners, thank you to sponsors and most importantly thank you for all that participated.
