Dennis Fox Cup
On Friday 10 May, the Club hosted the inaugural Dennis Fox Cup which saw the Early Birds take on The Breakfast Club in an event played in great spirit. The morning and afternoon golfers played together in an afternoon shotgun with a total of 120 players teeing off.
Players enjoyed a range of Vili’s Pies and an ice cold XXXX Gold before tee off with plenty of banter and fun. A gorgeous autumn day and pristine golf course awaited players and The Breakfast Club narrowly won, taking home the inaugural Dennis Fox Cup. It was fantastic to have Dennis Fox at the Club to present the trophy to the winners.
Special thanks to the Men’s Committee who came up with this new concept several months ago, the event was a great success.
