Walking on The Pines Golf Course

Due to the extremely fast speed of play that we are currently experiencing on the golf courses with single-use golf carts, the Match and Greens Committee has temporarily suspended walking until further notice.

Careful consideration has been taken to this decision however, after several weeks of monitoring this situation, it is agreed that golf cart use only is the best outcome for all golfers at this time.

Thank you for your understanding.

Closure of The Pines Golf Course for Maintenance

The Pines golf course will be closed on Tuesday 26 May for the golf course maintenance team to complete a variety of maintenance works, including:

  • Renovation of the fairways following the irrigation installation, including slicing, scarifying, top dressing and fertilising
  • Turfing of mainline trenches
  • Trimming and mulching of The Pines car park
