On Thursday 11 February, Members and their guests dressed in black tie and gorgeous gowns to share a magical evening of entertainment, delectable wine and fine food for the Greg Cooley Wine Evening. Guests enjoyed a delightful five-course degustation menu, prepared by Chef de Cuisine, Ben James. The Jabiru Restaurant was transformed into a setting from a fairy tale as Members were blown away by an outstanding performance from the powerhouse all-female trio, The Kitty Kats.
