On Thursday 11 February, Members and their guests dressed in black tie and gorgeous gowns to share a magical evening of entertainment, delectable wine and fine food for the Greg Cooley Wine Evening. Guests enjoyed a delightful five-course degustation menu, prepared by Chef de Cuisine, Ben James. The Jabiru Restaurant was transformed into a setting from a fairy tale as Members were blown away by an outstanding performance from the powerhouse all-female trio, The Kitty Kats.
The Club would like to thank Peter Spencer for all his hard work in bringing this event to the Club. Be sure to book early for the next event to avoid disappointment.
