You are Invited – Staff Recognition Event

For our staff recognition, the Club is honouring and acknowledging employees’ outstanding achievements and contributions through a quarterly event to say thank you. 

This staff recognition initiative is our way to personally recognise staff who have performed outstanding work during the previous months and to acknowledge years of service at the Club.

For the Employee of the Quarter award, nominations have been put forward by our management team. From these nominations, one staff member has been selected to be presented with the Employee of the Quarter award and will receive a special gift at a get-together. Should you wish to nominate a staff member for this award, please put forward your nomination through your department manager.

Leesa Baumann Finance team

Leesa is a very caring, compassionate, quiet achiever who just gets on with her job. Leesa is very diligent and thorough identifying issues before they arise. Much of her efforts go by unnoticed.

Leesa has a commendable work ethic. She is active rather than re-active, she’s a problem-solver, her knowledge and skills are multi-faceted and she’s always willing to help. Leesa flags concerns and always aims to improve processes and streamline procedures. Her caring and fun nature make it a pleasure to work with and to be around her.
