APPLICANT’S AGREEMENT
1. The Applicant is applying to be a Social Member of Sanctuary Cove Golf and Country Club Pty Ltd (“Club”) upon the terms and conditions described in the Club’s Constitution, By-Laws and Rules.
2. The Club reserves the right at all times to reject this application without providing reasons for its decision.
3. The Applicant agrees to be bound by the By-Laws and the Rules of the Club and agrees that the By-Laws and Rules form the terms of the binding contractual agreement between the Club and the Applicant.
4. The Applicant agrees to indemnify the Club and keep the Club indemnified from all claims, damages, loss, costs and expenses (including legal costs) howsoever incurred by the Club and of whatever nature arising from a breach or alleged breach of the Club’s By-Laws, Rules or the Applicant’s use of the Club‘s premises.
5. The Club may disclose the information provided to it by the Applicant to any third party it deems so appropriate in order to determine the Applicant’s eligibility and suitability for membership of the Club. The Club will act in accordance with the Club’s Privacy Policies at all times.
6. Once the Applicant’s application has been accepted by the Club subject to any payments being made by the Applicant, the Applicant acknowledges that this agreement forms a binding contractual agreement between the Club and the Applicant for the term of the membership.
