Due to the current restrictions limiting Club dining capacity and the increasing amount of no-show bookings by Members, the Club will be implementing a cancellation policy for the following food and beverage dining periods:

• Friday Night Dining in The Jabiru Restaurant
• Sunday Night Roast in Lakeview Bar

Effective Wednesday 1 September 2021, the Club will require Members to cancel for the above dining periods by 12pm on the day of the booking to avoid the below cancellation fees being applied to Member accounts:

• Friday Night Dining in The Jabiru Restaurant – cancellation fee of $48 per person
• Sunday Night Roast – cancellation fee of $30 per person

We ask that Members communicate any changes to dining bookings, which will allow waitlisted Members to make a reservation, and the Club to ensure adequate staffing levels.
