Dear Member,
Further to correspondence sent on Monday 8 November 2021, the Board has approved the membership subscriptions for 2022 which will remain the same as 2021. Please see enclosed the rate schedule for 2022 subscriptions of which the following payment options will be available:
Invoices for 2022 subscriptions will be processed based on your 2021 option selected. If you were invoiced annually in 2021, the same will continue in 2022. Likewise, for Members who selected to pay bi-annually in 2021, you will also continue to be invoiced bi-annually in 2022. If you would like to make a change to your payment selection, please do so by close of business Monday 29 November 2021 by clicking here.
The Equity Membership categories remain unchanged from 2021:
Members in the Distance category are required to submit supporting documentation to confirm their eligibility to Member Services. For those Distance Members who have not yet provided supporting documentation, please do so by close of business Monday 29 November 2021. To be eligible for 2022 Distance membership subscription rates, Members need to live outside of a 200-kilometre radius of Sanctuary Cove for more than six months per calendar year.
Distance Members are required to submit supporting documentation to confirm their eligibility for this category as requested. Supporting documentation can be submitted in the form of the following:

Please note that should the appropriate supporting documentation not be received on time your membership category will default to the local category rates for the 2022 subscription period.

Compensation on 2022 subscriptions may be available for some Distance category Members and a rollover of their Club Credit due to COVID-19 border closures and inability to access the Club in 2021. Those eligible have been contacted with further details on compensation which is based on visitation of the facilities throughout the year.
Members in the Distance category who live overseas will be eligible to use their existing 2021 Club Credit to offset their 2022 subscriptions. Compensation will be applied on your subscription notice when issued on 1 December 2021.
Payment options for charges on your Club Credit account will remain the same for 2022:
The Board has agreed that the Club Credit amount of $1,000 will remain the same for 2022. Please note that any unused Club Credit and competition prizes of Members in the Local category will automatically expire on 31 December 2021, not including any golf competition winnings earned during December 2021 which will automatically roll over into 2022.
In 2022 the golf cart pricing structure will not change from that of this year; it will remain as an annual fee of $750 for unlimited cart use, or $30 for single use.
