RizeUp Christmas Gift Appeal

Thank you to all Members who donated to RizeUp Australia Christmas Gift Appeal via the Christmas Giving Tree at the Club throughout December. On Monday 13 December, the Club was proud to donate over 200 gifts which will help to bring smiles to the faces of many children escaping domestic violence in Queensland on Christmas morning. The gifts were handed over to the wonderful volunteers at RizeUp and distributed to domestic violence services where families will now be invited to come along to ‘shop’ for their own children. By doing this, mums are empowered to make choices they might never have had before, as well as providing them with an opportunity to be directly involved in creating joy and bonding with their children.
