Jason Sterling will be offering free 5-10 minute sessions out the front of the golf shop on Saturday 2 April 2022. Jason will assist to have you body in the best shape possible to play golf.<\/strong><\/p>\n The Club welcomes remedial and sports massage therapist Jason Sterling. Jason will be available for remedial massage at the Golf Club every Tuesday with bookings available via the online booking sheet.<\/p>\n Jason Sterling has 25 years\u2019 experience working across a variety of multidisciplinary allied health centres as well as owning and operating his own clinics. He leads a modern fit and healthy lifestyle and emphasizes to all clients the importance of maintaining movement and mobility for optimal health and wellbeing. Jason is passionate about men\u2019s and ladies\u2019 health for over 50s. \u201cI want all over 50s to be the best versions of themselves physically and mentally.\u201d<\/p>\n Born and bred in Melbourne, Jason\u2019s love of adventure led him to joining the Royal Australian Navy straight from school. Many an adventure was had and the military skill set, especially with management and problem solving, has served Jason well over the years.
