You are invited \u2013 Staff Recognition Event<\/h3>\n

For our staff recognition, the Club is honouring and acknowledging employees\u2019 outstanding achievements and contributions through a quarterly event to say Thank You. <\/p>\n

This staff recognition initiative is our way to personally recognise staff who have performed outstanding work during the previous months and to acknowledge years of service at the Club.<\/p>\n

For the Employee of the Quarter award, nominations have been put forward by our management team. From these nominations, one staff member will be selected to be presented with the Employee of the Quarter award and will receive a special gift at a get-together. Should you wish to nominate a staff member for this award, please put forward your nomination through your department manager.   <\/p>\n

Please join your department manager and your fellow staff members to acknowledge, celebrate and support each other and to thank you for your dedication. As an additional thank you, we will be entering all attendees into a lucky door prize with movie tickets up for grabs.<\/p>\n

Phillip Coombes<\/strong><\/p>\n

Phil has been extremely accommodating in past months, in particular when faced with staff challenges in recent times. On a regular basis, Phil has taken on roles in the golf shop, on the drink cart and in outside services \u2013 all on the same day. Phil\u2019s versatility, enthusiasm and delivery is a key contributor to the Club\u2019s success.<\/p>\n

Dan has really stepped up in the last few months and has shown constant improvement over the past year.<\/p>\n

He is always reliable, well mannered, and a pleasure to work with.<\/p>\n

Dan is the quiet achiever in the kitchen, but his contribution to the team has not gone unnoticed, even outside of the kitchen.<\/p>\n

Karen is a hard-working quiet achiever of the food and beverage team. When work needs to be done, she has no issues with rolling her sleeves up and doing so with a smile. Her dedication and flexibility to assist in covering a variety of shifts has been greatly appreciated in the last few months with staff shortages across the department. Thank you, Karen, for your sense of humour and high working standard.<\/p>\n

Samantha has been of great assistance across both food and beverage and golf services over the past few months. Working both in Lakeview Bar and on the drinks cart, she is a warm and friendly face to Members. It has been greatly appreciated to have Samantha throw her hand up to assist wherever she is required and often working across both departments in one day. Her knowledge and reliability have been greatly appreciated.<\/p>\n

As always, Tammy has continued to lead the front of house team professionally. With a number of new staff commencing employment in food and beverage, Tammy has been exceptional in her training and welcoming of all. In what has been a busy and sometimes stressful time for the team, Tammy has remained calm, efficient and always friendly to both staff and Members. There has been notable feedback from external clients also praising her wonderful attitude and her high service standards. Nothing is ever too much to ask of her and we are very grateful to have Tammy on the team.<\/p>\n
