This challenge will see the Early Birds take on the Breakfast Club in a shotgun start at 11:45am.<\/p>\n Pre-golf, Villi\u2019s Pies will be served next to the putting green, and golfers will enjoy food platters post-golf prior to the presentations in Lakeview Bar.<\/p>\n Date:<\/strong> Friday 12 May 2023 On Sunday 14 May, Sanctuary Cove Golf and Country Club is getting active for breast cancer research. We’re running, walking, dressing up and fundraising to raise awareness and funds for life-saving breast cancer research projects. We’d love for you to join us!<\/p>\n Every day, 57 Australians are diagnosed with breast cancer – and nine people lose their lives to it. The Club will be raising funds to support the vital work of the National Breast Cancer Foundation to improve breast cancer detection, develop new treatments, and help people with breast cancer to live longer and healthier lives. Since the Mother’s Day Classic’s inception, the 5-year survival rate of breast cancer patients has increased from 84% to 92%, thanks largely to research. However, there is still a long way to go before Australians stop losing their lives to breast cancer.<\/p>\n Members and Sanctuary Cove residents are invited to join our team and get behind this wonderful cause.
