Friday Night Dining in The Jabiru Restaurant<\/h3>\n

Sanctuary Cove Golf and Country Club welcomes Members and their guests to dine in The Jabiru Restaurant this winter with the release of our latest menu offering. Head chef Ben James has fashioned a wholesome winter menu that champions flavours and produce reflective of the cooler months. Particular effort has been made to source the highest quality of ingredients offering diners a true fine dining experience.<\/p>\n

The winter menu features crowd favourites of lamb shank braised in juniper berry stock and shiraz, a hearty pork cutlet with sweet potato and honey mash, and fresh spatchcock served with sweetcorn pur\u00e9e.<\/p>\n

After receiving outstanding feedback from the autumn menu, the Club continues to offer a selection of quality seafood including gold band snapper, oysters Rockefeller and sweet and sour prawns, as well as the exquisite Western Australian rock lobster. As our chefs ensure they source the freshest rock lobsters possible for Members to savour, it is essential that these items are pre-ordered 24 hours in advance. Please advise staff at time of booking if you wish to order, to ensure you do not miss out.<\/p>\n

Head Chef, Ben James has once again made a concerted effort to ensure dietary requirements are catered for with a large number of gluten free dishes available.<\/p>\n

Christmas in July \u2013 Yulefest Midwinter Feast – Fully booked, waitlist available<\/h3>\n

Beat the winter blues and join us on Saturday 29 July for our take on a traditional northern hemisphere Christmas-style celebration. Our 2023 Christmas in July event themes the magic of wintertime and the historic Yulefest party with a midwinter feast, dancing, mulled wine and maybe even a touch of snow!<\/p>\n

Tickets for this event are $55 for Members and $70 for non-members, including a traditional Christmas winter buffet dinner, live entertainment and a drink on arrival. We encourage you to wear your best Christmas sweaters, as prizes for the best \u201cugly\u201d Christmas sweater or outfit will be presented on the evening.<\/p>\n

Christmas in July is always a very popular event so be sure to book your tickets before they are sold out.<\/p>\n

Sunday Night Roast and Members\u2019 Draw<\/h3>\n

The weekly Members\u2019 Sunday Night Roast is held on Sunday evenings from 5:30pm.<\/p>\n

The roast is $40 per person and includes a soup, a selection of traditional roast meats and vegetables and dessert.<\/p>\n

Places are strictly limited, to avoid disappointment please book by phoning 07 5699 9000.<\/p>\n

The Weekly Members\u2019 Draw will be drawn at 6:30pm and Members must be present to be eligible to win.<\/p>\n

A select range of popular red, white and sparkling wines are now available to purchase daily from Lakeview Bar. These wines are offered at discounted retail pricing to Members for consumption off premises only.<\/p>\n
