Understanding the difference between these two mental states is essential for improving performance.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Play Mode<\/strong>: Focus on hitting the ball comfortably to a target with a simple swing key for good timing. In this mode, you&#8217;re more focused on the shot itself than the mechanics of your swing.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Practice Mode<\/strong>: Concentrate on adjusting your setup or swing to create an improved movement pattern.
