R U OK? is a suicide prevention charity in Australia, reminding people that having meaningful conversations with loved ones, friends and colleagues could change their lives. At Sanctuary Cove Golf and Country Club we support mental health wellness and encourage everyone to check in with the people around them regularly.

In support of R U OK?Day, the Club sold R U OK? cupcakes for $5 each, with all proceeds going to the R U OK? charity. The cupcakes were extremely popular and sold out in under two hours.Thank you to everyone who supported this cause.
