Golf Membership

I, the Applicant, hereby apply to become a Golf Member of Sanctuary Cove Golf and Country Club Pty Limited (Club) upon the terms and conditions described in the Club’s Constitution, By-Laws and Rules.

• The Applicant agrees to be bound by the By-Laws and Rules of the Club and acknowledges and accepts such By-Laws and Rules form a binding contract between the Club and the Applicant.
• The Club reserves the right at all times to reject this application without providing reasons for its decision.
• The Applicant warrants that he/she is eligible to be a Golf Member in accordance with the Club’s By-Laws and agrees to provide any necessary information as requested by the Club to determine such eligibility.
• The Applicant agrees to be interviewed by the Club and Membership Committee.
• The Applicant acknowledges that the Golf Membership will automatically expire once the Applicant is over 32 years of age.
• The annual subscription amount for Golf Membership is subject to change from time to time and may increase each calendar year.
• The Applicant’s approval is subject to the Applicant paying the Joining Fee and the annual subscription upfront.
• The Applicant acknowledges and agrees to indemnify the Club and keep the Club indemnified from all claims, damages, loss, costs and expenses (including legal costs) howsoever incurred by the Club and of whatever nature arising from a breach or alleged breach of the Club’s By-Laws, Rules or the Applicant’s use of the Club’s premises.
• The Club may disclose the information provided by the Applicant to any third party it deems so appropriate in order to determine the Applicant’s eligibility and suitability for membership of the Club. The Club will act in accordance with the Club’s Privacy Policies at all times.
• The Applicant acknowledges that the Golf Membership:
  1. Entitles the Applicant to access all facilities excluding The Pines golf course on Saturdays
  2. Excludes access to Honour Board and Major Events; and
  3. Commences only once the Joining Fee and annual subscription have been paid in full and in advance
• Under-18 Members: if the Applicant is under 18 years of age, the Applicant must complete a Guarantee and Indemnity Form signed by his/her parent or legal guardian before the application will be accepted. Any Applicant under the age of 18 years will be required to provide the Club with an adult personal guarantee for his/her membership.
• Once the Applicant’s application has been accepted by the Club subject to any payments being made by the Applicant, the Applicant acknowledges that this agreement forms a binding contractual agreement between the Club and the Applicant for the term of the membership.
