On Sunday 26 September 2021, the Club will be hosting the second The Tonto – Champion of Lone Ranger competition on The Pines golf course. The event will be a 12:15pm shotgun start.

The rules of this competition are as follows:

First round

1. Teams are made up of four (4) players
2. All teams will play 18 holes of Modified Lone Ranger
3. After 18 holes are played, all scorecards are to be returned to Ryan Gailey behind the 18^th green
4. The top four (4) teams will qualify for the semi-finals
5. One player from each team will be drawn and will represent the team in the semi-final

There will be beverages available in a marquee behind the green when players hand their scorecards to Ryan Gailey.

Semi-final

Team 1 vs Team 4

Team 2 vs Team 3

• Players will play a modified 18^th hole
• The winners of the hole will advance to the final
• If the hole is halved, the highest ranked qualifying team will advance to the final

Final

• Teams to select a player to represent their team. This player cannot be the player that represented the team in the semi-final
• The selected player to play the modified 18^th hole
• If the 18^th hole is halved, the team is to select another player to represent the team
• This will continue until the hole is won

*Stroke indexes will be used for both the men and ladies on the 18^th hole.

This event will be lots of fun and we look forward to seeing many Members on the day. Sunday Night Roast and the Weekly Members’ Draw will follow in Lakeview Bar. Bookings are essential.
