Friday Night Dining in The Jabiru Restaurant – Final Week of the Spring Menu

Spring is coming to an end and with it our delectable seasonal The Jabiru Restaurant spring menu. Featuring delicious taste sensations, the spring menu strikes the right balance of flavours that combine seasonal fresh produce and current trending ingredients. Chef de Cuisine, Ben James, has been mindful of differing dietary requirements and the menu includes many gluten free and vegetarian options. Ben’s philosophy in creating a menu that will appeal to all has been to source premium quality produce including the freshest Sunshine Coast prawns, Northern Territory barramundi and Gippsland cheeses, which feature as heroes of their respective dishes. The menu coupled with our continued high standard of service and extensive beverage range is on offer for only one more week, this Friday evening in The Jabiru Restaurant from 6pm.
