Friday Night Dining in The Jabiru Restaurant – Final Week of the Autumn Menu

The season of change brings with it our autumn menu in The Jabiru Restaurant. As the cooler months slowly begin to settle, our culinary team have created a delicious new menu of diverse dishes, with many good reasons to dine in the cosy comforts of The Jabiru Restaurant.  The autumn menu represents bolder, richer flavours that are typically related with the cooler season, whilst still maintaining a fresh and light approach. 

Available each Friday in The Jabiru Restaurant, the menu features indulgent, slow cooked milk braised pork cheek, roasted duck breast with pink peppercorn jus, and red wine poached pear with dark chocolate ice cream. With gluten free and vegetarian options available, a conscious effort has been made to cater for all Members and their guests.
