Following an announcement yesterday from the Queensland Government regarding the easing of current COVID-19 restrictions, the Club is pleased to advise that unvaccinated Members and guests will once again be welcomed back to the Club effective 1am AEST Thursday 14 April 2022.
The current SCGCC COVID-19 Members Vaccination Policy will be rescinded from this date. Members and guests will no longer be required to check in when visiting the Clubhouse, however are asked to remain vigilant in recognising COVID-19 symptoms. If you are unwell or experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms, please do not visit the Club and follow Queensland Health advice regarding testing.
Should you test positive to COVID-19, please adhere to the Queensland Health requirements, which include immediately isolating and informing your household and any contacts you have been with for more than four hours, of your confirmed COVID-19 status.
Members and guests are reminded that current vaccination and check-in requirements will remain effective until Thursday 14 April 2022.
