On Monday 4 July, the Club’s kitchen was taken over by the next generation of budding chefs as 12 “Little Chefs” joined Head Chef Ben James for a kids’ cooking class. The children baked vanilla cupcakes, their very own pizza dough with toppings and delicious chocolate brownies. The kids were given their own chef’s hat, apron and recipe booklet and were taught essential cooking skills in a fun group environment. And, they even did the dishes! It was wonderful to see the “apprentices” throw themselves into the challenge and enjoy this school holiday activity.
