Friday Night Dining in The Jabiru Restaurant

A stunning line-up of spring delights have been crafted for the new seasonal menu in The Jabiru Restaurant by Head Chef Ben James. Ben and the Club’s culinary team have sourced the highest quality of produce and carefully blended flavours to offer guests a first-class fine dining experience at the Club.

In what can be described as a global offering, the spring menu takes elements from around the world to create our very own unique menu. Offering French influence with mille-feuille to Asian fusion flavours of the saku tuna and traditional fresh Italian flavours from our insalata caprese, there is a variety of dishes and flavours to suit all palates.

The Club warmly welcomes Members and their guests to experience the spring offerings and now offers our exclusive Friday night dining menu à la carte, for all to enjoy every Friday evening from 6pm. With gluten free and vegetarian options available, a conscious effort has been made to cater for all Members and their guests and we look forward to welcoming guests to The Jabiru Restaurant this spring.
