A stunning line-up of spring delights have been crafted for the new seasonal menu in The Jabiru Restaurant by Head Chef Ben James. Ben and the Club’s culinary team have sourced the highest quality of produce and carefully blended flavours to offer guests a first-class fine dining experience at the Club.

In what can be described as a global offering, the spring menu takes elements from around the world to create our very own unique menu. Offering French influence with mille-feuille to Asian fusion flavours of the saku tuna and traditional fresh Italian flavours from our insalata caprese, there is a variety of dishes and flavours to suit all palates.

The Club warmly welcomes Members and their guests to experience the spring offerings and now offers our exclusive Friday night dining menu à la carte, for all to enjoy every Friday evening from 6pm. With gluten free and vegetarian options available, a conscious effort has been made to cater for all Members and their guests and we look forward to welcoming guests to The Jabiru Restaurant this spring. Sunday Night Roast and Members’ Draw

The weekly Members’ Sunday Night Roast is held on Sunday evenings from 5:30pm.

The roast is $35 per person and includes a soup, a selection of traditional roast meats and vegetables and dessert.

Places are strictly limited, to avoid disappointment please book by phoning 07 5699 9000.

The Weekly Members’ Draw will be drawn at 6:15pm. The Members drawn in the last Members’ Draw were Mr Peter Augustus Hay, Mr Bo Sun, Mrs Sandra Males and Mr Phil Kerry. Mr Hay, Mr Sun, Mrs Males and Mr Kerry were not present, therefore the amount has jackpotted to $4,600 Club Credit with five chances to win.

The iPad Man Presentation “Staying safe online with so many recent hacks”

In light of recent cyber security breaches and hacks of private information online, The iPad Man, Colin Dunkerley returns to Sanctuary Cove Golf and Country Club to host a presentation on online cyber safety.

In this 60-minute presentation (plus up to 30 mins of Q&A) you will learn how to keep your accounts safe on your Apple devices. You will learn the best strategies to control your passwords, security and privacy on your Apple devices and understand how your devices can help eliminate passwords altogether.

Members’ Club Credit

As the year draws to a close, we would like to remind all Members to use their Club Credit before it expires on 31 December 2022.

Club Credit can be used in Lakeview Bar, The Jabiru Restaurant, the golf shop, for functions, events, for wine in the Members’ Wine Sale and for Christmas Catering.  

When purchasing wines in the Members’ Wine Sale, please return the completed form by submitting online or by returning to Member Services. All payments will be processed to your Club account. All orders must be placed by 3pm Friday 30 December 2022. To view the order form, click here.

Christmas Catering

The Club is thrilled to once again offer Christmas catering to Members and local residents in 2022, by providing a one-stop, fuss-free shopping experience during the busy festive season. With all items prepared fresh by the Club and served either par-cooked or ready to cook, selections are portioned to the exact requirements for your gathering and coupled with simple and easy to follow cooking guides.

Ordering your Christmas catering can even be done from the comfort of your own home with online forms available by visiting the Club’s website or alternatively click here for an order form that can be returned via email or by visiting Member Services. Christmas catering is available from Sanctuary Cove Golf and Country Club by pre-order only, and all orders must be placed by Thursday 1 December 2022. Some items have limited availability, so be sure not to miss out. Orders can be collected directly from the Clubhouse on Christmas Eve or delivery can be arranged.

Christmas Day Lunch at the Club – Fully booked, Waitlist available

Members and their guests are invited to join us at the Club for Christmas Day Lunch. 

Bring your family together to celebrate the most wonderful time of the year and enjoy a welcome beverage upon arrival followed by a traditional smorgasbord buffet. Indulge in a selection of fresh seafood, roast carvery with all the trimmings, traditional Christmas fare, salads, a charcuterie selection, bakery delights and an irresistible display of indulgent Christmas themed desserts.
