2022 Ex-Services Cup On Friday 11 November 2022, the Club hosted the inaugural Ex-Services Cup. The day began with a march to the flags behind bagpiper David Greenhalgh.
Members then gathered for a touching service where over 50 Members attended. Members then had a sausage sizzle and beer to reflect and tell stories of what Remembrance Day means to them.
Members then played The Palms golf course where Greg Herring took out the inaugural Ex-Services Cup with a fine score of 41 points.
This day was brilliant from start to finish and a huge thank you to Greg Duguid who organised the service and donated the perpetual trophy for this event.

Congratulations Jane Charlton and Tim RankineSanctuary Cove Golf and Country Club proudly represented the winners circle at the Mercedes-Benz Brisbane LSH Auto Golf Cup 2022 played at Brisbane Golf Club on Friday 11 November 2022. The mixed competition was an individual stableford and Club Members won two out of the three grades – Tim Rankine won A Grade with 40 pts and Jane Charlton won C Grade with 38 points. The presentation was made by triple Olympic Gold medallist, Stephanie Rice as Mercedes-Benz ambassador. Tim Rankine and Jane Charlton are two of six winners that will play in the Mercedes-Benz LSH Auto Cup National Final to be hosted at Hamilton Island in March 2023.
Well done Jane and Tim, and all the best for the final next year.
The day’s competition is a single stableford with over $5,000 in prizes to play for.

The weekly Members’ Sunday Night Roast is held on Sunday evenings from 5:30pm.
The roast is $35 per person and includes a soup, a selection of traditional roast meats and vegetables and dessert.
