Joining the Sanctuary Cove Golf and Country Club Pty Limited Board in 2023/24 will be Mrs Libby Shakespeare in the position of Captain of Ladies’ Golf who received 57% of the eligible votes cast. Libby’s nominated Vice-Captain of Ladies’ Golf (non-Board position) is Mrs Jane Mullings.

As previously communicated, Mr Jeff Ervin and Mr Paul Smerdon have been reappointed President and Vice-President, respectively, both positions unopposed.

Congratulations from the Board and Members to Jeff, Paul, Libby, and Jane on their appointments for 2023/24.

The Board would like to express its sincerest thank you to Mrs Margie Hay for her contributions, dedication, and support over the past four years. Margie has not only been influential as Club Director, but also, if not more so, as a devoted Captain of Ladies’ Golf. Her efforts in these roles are greatly appreciated. Thank you also to Margie’s recent Vice-Captain Mrs Jan Venn, as well as her nominated Vice-Captain for the next term, Mrs Louise Wolbers.
