Northstar Software Changeover – Member Accounts

Thank you for your ongoing patience during our transition to the Northstar software. Please note the below updates regarding the SCGCC app and Member charging.

SCGCC App
We are pleased to advise Members that the new Northstar app is available for download from the App Store and Google Play, and is the app with the white icon. We ask that Members please delete the old SCGCC app which has a blue icon.

Once the app has been downloaded, please log in with your Member number and the password as the first 4 digits of your birthday (DDMM).

Account Setup – Charges and Payments
As previously communicated, all competition fees will now be charged directly to Member charge accounts. Therefore, we kindly request that Members have available funds in either their Member charge account or Competition account, to cover their competition fees upon registration.

In addition to the Member charge account and Competition account, Members also have a Club Credit account. Upon making purchases, Members are now able to nominate which one of their three independent accounts they wish to pay from. Please let the staff member know at purchase which you would like to utilise for that transaction.

Please note that your Club Credit balance is now independent from the Member charge account. Once your Club Credit balance is exhausted, Members will need to charge to their Competition account (if in credit) or Member charge account.
