Reserve Cellar Wine List

The Club is proud to introduce a new Reserve Cellar Wine List available for Members and their invited guest to purchase when dining at the Club. Offering a selection of some of the finest premium wines, the Reserve Cellar Wine List will be sure to impress the most opulent wine connoisseurs while also introducing those not already well-versed .

Highlights from the new collection include limited release wines such as the full bodied yet spry French chardonnay varietal Domaine Oudin Chablis 1er Cru Vaugiraut 2021 vintage, the Cullen Legacy Series Sauvignon Blanc 2019 originating from vines planted in 1988 producing an outstanding drop, as well as the Alois Lageder Porer Pinot Grigio, a premium Italian wine for the lovers of ripe and open Pinot Grigio with a savoury finish on the palate.

For red wine connoisseurs, the Reserve Cellar list offers endless premium selections comprising the coveted Henschke Hill of Grace in a number of vintages. The Club is pleased to now also offer Henschke Mount Edelstone Shiraz 2018 vintage served by the glass, with wines preserved under a Henschke Coravin – a needle-through closure system that preserves wine to perfection, making the extraordinary accessible by the glass. Other premium choices include Te Mata Coleraine Cabernet Merlot, available only at selected venues, Wild Duck Creek Estate Duck Muck Shiraz available in muliple vintages, as well as an extensive range of Henschke’s finest.

With so many choices available, our staff in The Jabiru Restaurant have been trained in suitable wine pairings and can assist you in making selections based on your palate preference. The new Reserve Cellar Wine List and our current wine list are available daily for purchase from Lakeview Bar, on Friday evenings in The Jabiru Restaurant and at any event hosted at the Club.
