NorthStar Reminder – Club Credit has ceased

Members are reminded that minimum Club spend has replaced Club credit for 2024, and Club credit as it was known no longer exists. 

Monthly Member statements will display a table outlining your minimum Club spend requirement ($1,000 for single and $2,000 for a family).

The statement also displays “(M)” on the description line of individual purchases that count towards your minimum Club spend. Please note that the shortfall each month is the amount you are required to spend by 31 December 2024. 

The following payment methods will be included in your minimum Club spend count: 

  • Charging to your Member account including split bills 
  • Pay as you go using cash/credit card (ensure your Member number is quoted, or your digital card displayed at the time of purchase)  

Purchase emails are now automatically generated at the time of the transaction. You will receive these emails regardless of your payment method, to acknowledge the purchase has been counted towards your minimum Club spend. If you paid by cash/credit card, this will not appear as a line item on your Member account statement but will reduce your shortfall.
