Notice – The Palms Golf Course – Bunker Works

Please see the below course updates: 

• Hole 4 – out of play 
• Hole 6 – out of play
• Holes 19 and 20 replace holes 4 and 6, respectively 
• All one-tee starts begin on hole 19
• All two-tee starts begin on holes 19 and 11

Please note contractors will begin shelling out other bunkers throughout the program. 

The following works have been completed on holes  2, 4, 6 and 9. 

The Palms Golf Course – Bunker Works – Hole 2

• Hole 2 is in play
• Turf repair works completed on bunker edges
• New fairway lines cut

The Palms Golf Course – Bunker Works – Hole 4

• Left hand side fairway bunkers lined, turfed, and new sand added
• New right hand side fairway bunker drainage installed 
• Left hand green side bunker drainage installed

The Palms Golf Course – Bunker Works – Hole 6

• Bunkers have been shelled out (sand removed) 
• Right hand side fairway bunker shaped and drainage checked
• Drainage pits repaired and turf cut in for reshaping

The Palms Golf Course – Bunker Works – Hole 9

• Bunkers have been shelled out ready to be shaped
