1. You authorise Sanctuary Cove Golf and Country Club Pty Ltd (Club) to charge your Member account to the value amount of your requested booking requirements.

2. You authorise the Club to debit your nominated account in the name and manner specified in the Direct Debit Request you have previously provided to the Club.

3. Payment will be processed 72 hours prior to the event date.

4. You agree that it is your responsibility to have sufficient cleared funds in your nominated account by the due date to enable payment.

5. If the debit item is returned unpaid we may ask you to reimburse us for any charges we incur as a result of your debit item being returned unpaid.
