We are honoured to welcome Gwyn Olsen, Senior Winemaker at Henschke Family Wines, as our special guest speaker for the evening. Gwyn will present a curated selection of Henschke’s most celebrated wines and share her expert insights into the legacy, innovation, and craftsmanship behind this iconic Australian winery. The Club is extremely fortunate to host such a rare and intimate appearance – an opportunity not to be missed.

To complement these exceptional wines, we are equally thrilled to celebrate the culinary artistry of Chef Max Alfieri, a cherished favourite of the Sanctuary Cove community. Renowned for his passion, creativity, and unwavering commitment to excellence, Max, alongside his talented team, will craft an exclusive bespoke menu designed specifically for this occasion. Each dish will be thoughtfully paired to enhance and elevate the Henschke wine experience, promising an unforgettable symphony of flavours.

Tickets are $250 for members and $270 for non-members, with the exclusive option to upgrade your experience to include a tasting of the prized 2021 single vineyard release, Hill of Grace, for an additional $40 per person.
