Gwyn will present a curated selection of Henschke’s most celebrated wines and share her expert insights into the legacy, innovation, and craftsmanship behind this iconic Australian winery. To complement these exceptional wines, we are equally thrilled to celebrate the culinary artistry of Chef Max Alfieri, a cherished favourite of the Sanctuary Cove community. Renowned for his passion, creativity, and unwavering commitment to excellence, Max, alongside his talented team, will craft an exclusive bespoke menu designed specifically for this occasion. Each dish will be thoughtfully paired to enhance and elevate the Henschke wine experience, promising an unforgettable symphony of flavours.
