Annual General Meeting – Sanctuary Cove Golf and Country Club Holdings Limited
The Annual General Meeting (Meeting) of Sanctuary Cove Golf and Country Club Holdings Limited (Company) will be held on Monday 19 May 2025.
The Meeting will be held at the Club and online for those shareholders who cannot attend in person. Shareholders will be issued with login details for the webinar to be held via the GoTo Webinar online meeting platform one week prior to the Meeting.
Please note that while you may attend the Meeting via the GoTo Webinar online meeting platform, you will not be able to vote through this medium. All votes must be cast in person at the Meeting (for those attending in person) or by proxy in advance of the Meeting (for those attending via the GoTo Webinar online meeting platform or not attending in person).

A copy of the 2024 Annual Financial Report and the above documents have been posted on the Club’s website. To access this information:
1. Log in to the Club website under ‘Member Login’
2. Click on the ‘Members’ tab
3. Click on the ‘Annual General Meeting’ tab
If you are unable to attend the Meeting in person but wish to vote on any of the resolutions, you must complete and return the Proxy Form attached to the Notice of Meeting.
Please note that proxy appointments must be received no later than 6:00pm (AEST) on Saturday, 17 May 2025. No late proxies will be accepted.
