Billings Cup 2025: A Final to Remember

The 2025 Billings Cup came to a close with a gripping final between the teams of Paul Fink and Kim Galpin, and Brennan Gippel and Jane Mullings. After a closely contested match, it was Brennan and Jane who claimed the title with a 2 and 1 victory. The mixed 4BBB match play knockout event once again showcased the spirit of competitive golf at the Club. Brennan and Jane demonstrated impressive consistency and teamwork throughout the tournament, and held steady under pressure in the final against the experienced duo of Paul and Kim.

Adding to the sense of occasion, Club founder Phil Billings and his wife Rose were present at the commencement of play to offer their support to both pairs – a gesture warmly appreciated by all involved. A special thank you goes to Greg Herring for kindly giving up his time to act as referee for the final, helping ensure the match was played in great spirit and fairness.
