We are thrilled to welcome Troy Kalleske, one of the Barossa Valley’s most respected winemakers, for an exclusive evening at The Jabiru Restaurant. As the seventh-generation custodian of Kalleske Wines, one of Australia’s leading biodynamic and organic wineries, Troy brings a wealth of passion, expertise, and stories from the heart of the Barossa. In collaboration with Jeff Butler of Deja Vu Wines, Troy will personally guide guests through a selection of Kalleske’s powerful, expressive reds, perfectly paired with a fire-inspired barbecue feast. Highlights of the menu include Saltbush baked lamb forequarter and Jack’s Creek MB9 Wagyu rump, each dish crafted to showcase the bold character of the wines.
