Sanctuary Cove Golf and Country Club Team Members Gain Fresh Insights at NRG Solution Leadership Workshop

A select group of Sanctuary Cove Golf and Country Club team members took part in an engaging and insightful professional development workshop on Tuesday 1 and Wednesday 2 April.

Led by corporate trainer and business coach Steve Herzberg from NRG Solutions, the two-day workshop focused on leadership development, communication, and building confidence in a professional setting. Steve also shared a number of funny and relatable anecdotes, including his admission that Millbrook in Arrowtown, New Zealand is his favourite course. We won’t hold it against him!

Drawing on his unique background – which includes a career in professional cricket and over two decades in business coaching – Steve delivered a tailored program that inspired and energised our team.

Each nominated team member, all from various departments, came away with a range of practical takeaways, including new tools for leading with clarity, strengthening internal and external relationships, and presenting with confidence. It was a valuable opportunity to invest in our people and continue fostering a world-class culture at the Club.
