Welcome Andrea Moreschini – Executive Chef

We are delighted to welcome Andrea Moreschini to Sanctuary Cove Golf and Country Club as our new Executive Chef, who commenced on Wednesday 2 July 2025.

Andrea brings over 15 years of culinary leadership experience across Australia’s hospitality industry, with a strong background in both kitchen operations and front-of-house coordination. Known for his passion for quality, seasonal menu development, and team mentoring, Andrea has successfully led kitchens at renowned venues including Peppers Beach Club, Mantra PortSea in Port Douglas, and David Jones’ premium dining outlets.

Many members may already be familiar with Andrea’s work, as he recently led the kitchen team – under the guidance of Sanctuary Cove favourite Max Alfieri of Ioesco Restaurant – for the exceptional Henschke Family Wines Dinner hosted at the Club in late May (pictured).

His appointment marks an exciting new chapter for our food and beverage experience, and we look forward to the creativity and professionalism he brings to our Club.
