Liam will share his passion for, and expertise in, winemaking while you enjoy a selection of the family-owned, memorable, and deliciously full-flavoured wines. Each wine has been carefully chosen to complement an indulgent seven-course menu.
Established in 1974 in the heart of Heathcote, Wild Duck Creek Estate is a boutique, family-run winery celebrated for its rich and expressive wines. With 115 acres across ten vineyards, the estate produces a diverse range of varieties, including Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Malbec. Led by founder David Anderson and his son Liam, the winery combines traditional techniques with a deep respect for terroir. Their flagship, the Original Vineyard Shiraz, remains a benchmark of Australian winemaking excellence.
