Time-honoured member Keith Walker Celebrates 100th Birthday at the Club

Earlier this week, honoured member Keith Walker celebrated his 100th birthday in fitting style, joining friends from the Breakfast Club for a morning gathering in his honour. To mark the occasion, Keith rang the bell in Lakeview Bar and was presented with a memorabilia frame featuring the 18th hole of The Pines golf course and the Clubhouse, recognising his remarkable contribution to the Club. Stories were fondly shared by members and Keith himself, accompanied by many laughs and warm rounds of applause.

A member since December 1988, Keith has been an integral part of our community for almost 37 years. The Walker Cup, held each Good Friday, stands as a testament to his enduring legacy within the Club.
