On Monday 29 September, Sanctuary Cove Golf and Country Club proudly contested the Men’s Super Senior Pennant Final at Parkwood golf course, securing a dominant 6–0 victory over Coolangatta Tweed. Although the contest was closer at the halfway mark than the final score suggests, the team’s depth and determination ultimately delivered a resounding result.

The final, and indeed the entire season, was played in outstanding spirit, with all players displaying great sportsmanship throughout. This marks the Super Seniors’ fourth consecutive pennant title, achieved with the support of a consistent core group of players who have remained together across much of the past four years. Their bond and unity have become a hallmark of the team, drawing parallels with the camaraderie of Team Europe.

The team went through the season undefeated, an achievement made possible by both singles and four-ball successes. Notable highlights included undefeated singles campaigns by Tim Rankine and Bevan Geissmann, and unbeaten four-ball pairings by Nick Mullings, Rob Lane, and Alan Ashman.
