It was a night of celebration for Sanctuary Cove Golf and Country Club on Wednesday 15 October 2025, with the Club taking home three major honours at the Queensland Golf Industry Awards, further cementing our reputation among Australia’s most prestigious golfing destinations.
The Club received Most Outstanding Queensland Club, Facility or Place to Play (Metropolitan), recognising the world-class facilities and exceptional experiences that members and guests enjoy every day.
Assistant Golf Manager Tim Bray was awarded Golf Club Staff Member of the Year, acknowledging more than 13 years of dedicated service, leadership, and professionalism across all areas of Club operations. Congratulations, Tim. A well earned and deserved accolade.
The Sanctuary Cove Legends Pro-Am hosted by Adam Scott and Peter Senior was once again named Legends Tournament of the Year for the second year in a row, a reflection of the Club’s commitment to delivering outstanding tournament experiences and showcasing Queensland golf at its finest. The Club now looks forward to hosting the next Legends Pro-Am on Tuesday 2 December, where members and guests can experience firsthand the quality and atmosphere that earned this recognition.
These achievements celebrate the collective passion, expertise, and dedication of the Sanctuary Cove Golf and Country Club team and members, and stand as a proud reflection of the Club’s ongoing pursuit of excellence both on and off the course.
Why Pink? Each October, Sanctuary Cove Golf and Country Club proudly celebrates the Month of Pink in support of Griffith University’s Institute for Biomedicine and Glycomics.
Together we advance early cancer detection and pioneering research into cancer, infectious diseases, and neurological conditions.
Since its inception, the Month of Pink has raised over $150,000 for the Institute, and we look forward to continuing this meaningful tradition with our community.
