This week’s focus has been on fine detail work across both golf courses, with attention given to irrigation management and ongoing bunker depth checks. Steady progress continues on The Pines golf course, where the sand is settling in well. A full granular fertiliser application has now been completed across all fairways and immediate rough areas on The Pines golf course. This will enhance the definition between the fairways and step cut, while also helping to slow ball movement towards the waterways. Turf has now been fully laid on half of hole 10 of The Palms golf course, marking a significant step forward. The new concrete cart path is scheduled for completion this Saturday, with kerbing to follow late next week, finalising the hardscaping for this hole. With the turf now in place, the hole is beginning to take shape. Landscape planting for hole 3 will commence shortly, along with several palm tree transplants between holes 3 and 10. |
