The positions listed below are due to retire at the end of this year and nominations are now being called for those positions on the Sanctuary Cove Golf and Country Club Pty Limited (Club) Board:

Note: Nominations for the position of Captain of Men’s Golf include a nomination for the position of Vice-Captain of Men’s Golf. All other Board positions are on going.

Nomination forms are also available from Member Services, located in the Golf Clubhouse.

Please note the following:

• A nomination form must be signed by a proposer/nominator and a seconder. Both the proposer/nominator and the seconder must be Equity Members.
• Equity Members may only nominate for one position.
• Should the Club receive more than one nomination for any of the positions, an election for those positions will be held.
• At time of nomination, each candidate for the position of Captain of Men’s Golf must nominate their running mate who will assume the position of Vice-Captain of Men’s Golf, if the Captain’s nomination is successful.

Each nominee must:

• be an Equity Member and be in good financial standing with all relevant fees paid up; and
• not be subject to any termination, expulsion, or suspension event or action as contemplated by the By-Laws; and
• be at least 21 years of age; and
• be nominated and appointed in accordance with Article 7.2 of the Club’s Constitution; and
• submit a formal Curriculum Vitae (CV)* and Statement of Aims and Objectives** with their nomination; in the event that multiple nominations are received, and an election*** is called

*The CV is to be no more than two A4 pages and shall include a passport-sized photo (in .jpeg format if submitted electronically).

**The statement is to be no more than 750 words, outlining your qualifications, vision, and goals in seeking election and appointment as director to the Board.

***Where an election is called, candidates must be familiar with and acknowledge the Club’s Code of Conduct for Board Elections, available on the Club website.

The below timetable has been adopted in relation to these two Board positions:

• Tuesday 11 November 2025 – call for nominations
• Tuesday 18 November 2025 – close of nominations at 5pm AEST
• Thursday 27 November 2025 – call for voting (if required)
• Wednesday 3 December 2025 – close of voting
• Thursday 4 December 2025 – votes counted, and results published
