This week, the maintenance team completed the following:

  • Prepared and verti-cut the greens on The Pines golf course, followed by a light top dress

  • Trimmed and detailed bunkers on The Pines golf course

  • Edged and detailed cart paths on The Pines golf course

  • Marked hazard lines on both golf courses

  • Commenced mowing the rough on The Pines golf course

  • Re-opened The Palms golf course following renovations

  • Cleared chaff debris piles on The Palms golf course after course renovations

  • Mowed the rough on the new 10th hole at The Palms golf course with the Ventrac mower at 60mm

  • Trimmed irrigation heads on The Palms greens and the 10th fairway

  • Trimmed around tee signs on The Palms golf course

  • Added mulch to newly planted gardens and around transplanted palm trees on The Palms golf course

  • Commenced lake-edge trimming and detailing on The Pines golf course

  • Completed creek-line clean-up on the 11th hole of The Pines golf course

 

Next week, the following will be addressed:

  • Verti-cutting and light dusting will be completed on the greens at The Palms golf course

  • Foliar fertiliser will be applied to the tees, green aprons, and fairways on The Pines golf course

  • Path edges on The Palms golf course will be trimmed and detailed

  • Gypsum will be applied to the tees, green aprons, and fairways on The Palms golf course

  • The 10th fairway on The Palms golf course will be top dressed

  • Mowing of the renovated playing surfaces on The Palms golf course will commence following course renovations

  • Mowing heights on The Palms greens will continue to be lowered
