Amendments to the Club Constitution, By-Laws, and Rules Relating to Golf from 1 January 2026

In line with the communication shared with members throughout the year on the review of junior membership, relevant changes to the Club Constitution, By-Laws, and Rules Relating to Golf will be in effect from 1 January 2026. These include the communicated amendment to Club Credit, which will exclude competition prize winnings.

Further changes to note are terminology conversions. From 1 January 2026, the term ‘ladies’ will be replaced with ‘women’. In addition, the ‘Social Membership’ category will be renamed to ‘Clubhouse Membership’. The category and its inclusions remain identical, with only the name amended for purposes of clarity.

We thank you for your patience and understanding as we work through updating all relevant documents and references early in the new year to reflect these terminology changes.

The amended Club Constitution, By-Laws, and Rules Relating to Golf will be in effect and available for viewing from 1 January 2026 under Club Documents on the members’ website.
