Australia v Rest of the World Challenge 2026 Recap

On Sunday 25 January, the Club hosted the annual Australia v Rest of the World Social Sunday event on The Palms golf course. Members enjoyed pre-golf refreshments before heading out for a two-person ambrose, followed by post-golf dining and presentations in the Country Club Botanical Room.

Congratulations to Cameron Shaw and John Rigley, who claimed victory with a score of 60.5 nett. Runners-up honours went to David Willmott and Cameron Coe, finishing with 62.25 nett.

The Australia team secured the overall challenge with a team average score of 66.93, narrowly ahead of the Rest of the World team on 68.54.
