Aptly named Sapori di Pomodoro, meaning ‘flavours of tomato’, this Saturday Night Dining experience is inspired by the humble tomato, a cornerstone of Italian cuisine.

Join us in The Jabiru Restaurant as our chefs present a thoughtfully designed five-course menu that celebrates the tomato in all its forms, from fresh and vibrant to slow roasted and indulgent.

1. Any cancellations after Tuesday 28 April 2026 will result in a cancellation fee being applied to your account.

2. You authorise Sanctuary Cove Golf and Country Club Pty Ltd (Club) to charge your member account to the value amount of your requested booking requirements.

3. You authorise the Club to debit your nominated account in the name and manner specified in the Direct Debit Request you have previously provided to the Club.

4. Payment will be processed 72 hours prior to the event date.

5. You agree that it is your responsibility to have sufficient cleared funds in your nominated account by the due date to enable payment.

6. If the debit item is returned unpaid, we may ask you to reimburse us for any charges we incur as a result of your debit item being returned unpaid.
