The Club is proud to announce that over $45,000 was raised for Cancer Council from The Longest Day event on Tuesday 8 December 2020.

Congratulations once again to the 21 participants who completed the challenge and thank you to everyone who supported the cause.

During this event, a Members-only team led by Japan Tour Player Anthony Quayle took on the Sanctuary Cove Golf and Country Club staff team. The Members’ team included Anthony Quayle, Elvis Smylie, Shannon Moore, Glen Thomson, Shirley Dean, Audy White, Clayton Glenister, Chris Smith, John Scerri, Rob Lane, Paul Smerdon and John Walter. Led by Paul Sanders, the Sanctuary Cove Golf and Country Club staff team included Ryan Gailey, Tim Bray, Mitchell Smith, Ashleigh Blacksell and Laura Liebenau. AFL stars Daniel Rich and Luke Hodge, as well as European Tour player Jake McLeod will join the Members and staff for the event.
