The season of change brings with it our new autumn menu in The Jabiru Restaurant. As the cooler months slowly begin to settle, Chefs Ben James and Daniel Suann have created a delicious new menu of diverse dishes, with many good reasons to dine in the cosy comforts of The Jabiru Restaurant.
The autumn menu represents bolder, richer flavours that are typically related with the cooler season, whilst still maintaining a fresh and light approach.
Launching on Friday 4 March, the menu will feature indulgent, twice cooked pork belly, roasted duck breast with pink peppercorn jus, and red wine poached pear with dark chocolate ice cream. With gluten free and vegetarian options available, a conscious effort has been made to cater for all Members and their guests.

To celebrate the introduction to our new menu, everyone who dines in The Jabiru Restaurant during the month of March will receive a complimentary glass of sparkling wine, draught beer, house wine or soft drink upon arrival.
