Update on the Golf Courses

The Golf Course Maintenance team completed the following this week: 

• Verti cut The Pines greens

• Amendments applied to The Pines greens
• Light top dress (dust) on The Pines greens
• Foliar fertiliser applied on The Pines fairways, tees, and aprons
• Trim/detail The Pines bunkers
• Mowing of The Palms rough
• Turf works on The Palms bare areas
• The Pines Clubhouse garden cleanup 
• Forest floor cleanup on The Pines by contractors
• Members’ Working Group completed stick pickup on the 1^st hole

Next week the team plans to:

• Light top dress on The Pines tees
• Mow The Pines rough
• Apply herbicide on The Pines fairways and aprons
• Continue trimming The Palms drains, valves and irrigation heads
• Members’ Working Group on The Palms golf course
• Trim/detain lake edges on The Pines and The Palms courses

The Palms Golf Course – Bunker Works – Hole 1

• Turf laid on Thursday 7/3 and finished Friday 8/3
• Shelled out and shaped four bunkers at green of hole 1
• Redrained bunkers where required
• Installed DuraCrumb bunker liner in the four newly reshaped bunkers
• Transportation of new bunker sand into bunkers
